CT815x Integrated Omnipolar TMR Analog Sensors

Allegro MicroSystems CT815x Integrated Omnipolar Tunnel Magnetoresistance (TMR) Analog Sensors provide a monolithic solution for superior sensing performance in consumer and industrial applications. The CT815x sensors offer magnetic operation over temperature and linear sample and hold (S&H) analog output voltage with a sampling frequency of 100Hz. For applications that require an ultra-small form factor and low profile, the CT815x sensors are assembled in a 4-lead LGA package. The CT8150 variant is available in an industry-standard 3-lead SOT-23 package, while the CT8152 version comes in a 5-lead SOT-23 package to support high-volume manufacturing.

XtremeSense™ TMR Technology Sensors

Allegro MicroSystems XtremeSense™ TMR (Tunnel Magnetoresistance) Technology Sensors feature a range of high-bandwidth and ultra-low-noise integrated contact current sensors. XtremeSense TMR technology enables high magnetic sensitivity, extremely low power consumption, and smaller size compared to other magnetic technologies such as Hall, AMR, and GMR.
