Amphenol Socapex HDAS High-Performance PCB Connectors offer a robust and simple design along with high density and high performance in extreme conditions. These HDAS connectors reduce contact pitch, increase contact density, and are ideal when installation, cost, and reliability are factors. The connectors feature cylindrical machined pins with proven STARCLIP technology of the socket (6 contact tines). Lateral rails on the male connectors ensure optimum protection of the contacts from external damages. The usage of LCP material allows all types of soldering, including high-temperature processes for lead-free requirements. Amphenol Socapex HDAS High-Performance PCB Connectors are dedicated to harsh environments, high temperatures, and high vibration levels, and surpass MIL-DTL-55302 requirements.

Micro HDAS High-Performance Connectors

Amphenol Socapex Micro HDAS High-Performance Connectors save space on PC boards while maintaining a high level of performance. The micro board-to-board and board-to-wire connectors are offered in multiple sizes from 4 to 60 contacts on two rows. These versatile connectors feature a high-density 1.27mm pitch with a 7.4mm distance between boards and PC tail or crimp contact terminations. Amphenol Socapex Micro HDAS High-Performance Connectors meet and exceed MIL-DTL-55302G and 83513G and are intermateable with Nicomatic EMM connectors. Typical applications include commercial avionics and airframes, military avionics and airframes, and ground vehicles.
