ADMV4530 Upconverter na may Int. PLL+VCO (27-31GHz)

Ang Analog Devices Inc. ADMV4530 Upconverter na may Integrated PLL+VCO (27GHz hanggang31GHz) ay nagtatampok ng In-phase/Quadrature (I/Q) mixer na bagay na bagay para sa mga next-generation Ka-band satellite communication. Ang integrated low-phase noise, fractional-N Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) na may Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO), at internal 2x multiplier ang nagge-generate ng kailangang on-chip Local Oscillator (LO) signal para sa I/Q mixer.
