HMC441x GaAs pHEMT MMIC Medium Power Amplifiers

Analog Devices HMC441x GaAs pHEMT MMIC Medium Power Amplifiers deliver up to 20dB of gain, up to +22dBm of saturated power, and up to 27% PAE from a +5V supply voltage. The HMC441x Amplifiers feature an optional gate bias to allow adjustment of gain, RF output power, and DC power dissipation. These 50Ω matched amplifiers do not require any external components making them ideal for use as linear gain blocks or drivers for HMC SMT mixers.
