These GDTs provide a high surge capability rated on an 8/20μs waveform with a wide range of DC breakdown voltages, from 150V to 1000V. The low-profile, surface-mount package offers a volume- and space-saving solution for high-density and space-restricted PCB applications. The series is available in a variety of lead shapes to suit various configuration requirements. Other features include low capacitance and insertion loss, fast response time, and RoHS compliance. Bourns GDT212E / GDT216E / GDT220E / GDT225E are ideal for applications such as surge protective devices (SPDs), power systems, and Industrial equipment.
