DIO221x High-Side Current-Sense Amplifiers

DIOO Microcircuits DIO221x High-Side Current-Sense Amplifiers can sense drops across shunts at a common-mode voltage from 0.1V to 75V. These amplifiers are integrated with an open-drain comparator and internal reference at 0.6V voltage. The DIO221x amplifiers feature 470μA typical quiescent current, 3V/μs slew rate, latching capability, open-drain output, and high accuracy. These amplifiers operate from single 3V to 40V supply under -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The DIO221x amplifiers are used in brake systems, laptops, battery chargers, and electronic stability control systems.
