L-Tek Extra Small Bore Crimp Connector

Harwin has expanded its line of L-Tek Crimp Connectors to include the extra small bore crimp connectors. Designed to accommodate wire sizes 28AWG to 32AWG, the extra small bore crimp connectors allow designers to use smaller wire gauges in signal applications and thereby reduce the overall weight of equipment. Harwin L-Tek Crimp Connectors provide a high performance, high reliability connector system for applications used in in harsh environments where high vibration, shock and extremes of temperature are experienced. These connectors offer a current rating of 3.3A in isolation, 3A on all contacts simultaneously, 25mΩ max. contact resistance, and a durability rating of 500 cycles in an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. L-Tek Crimp Connectors are well-suited for soldier-mounted audio, video and data communications, aircraft communication systems, navigation systems, UAVs, and other robotic equipment.

Datamate L-Tek High Reliability Connectors

Harwin Datamate L-Tek High Reliability Connectors provide maximum design flexibility and are suited for use in environments with high vibration and shock as well as extreme temperatures. The Datamate L-Tek 2mm-pitch connectors offer four-finger beryllium copper contacts with a proven history in high‐end industrial and Mil/Aero applications. These contacts are rated for 3A per contact. Latching options include locking latches, friction latches, or no latch. These connectors can be used in new space, telecommunications, defense and security, aviation, and motorsport.

Datamate Connectors

Harwin Datamate Connectors consist of high-reliability/high-performance 2mm pitch connectors designed to withstand vibration, shock, and temperature extremes in harsh environments. Featuring Harwin's high-reliability four-finger beryllium copper contact technology, these Datamate connectors ensure the integrity of connections without loss of data even under the most severe conditions. The Datamate Connectors offer 100G shock, 40G bump, 10G vibration resistance, and are able to operate under temperatures as extreme as -55°C to 125°C. Typical applications include defense and security, motorsport, aviation, and new space.
