Mga 200V Level-Shift Gate Driver

Ang mga Infineon 200V Level-Shift Gate Driver ay may 3-phase, half-bridge, o high- at low-side na mga driver para sa low (24V, 36V, at 48V) at medium voltage (60V, 80V, 100V, at 120V) na mga motor control application. Ang 3-phase product ay gumagamit ng Infineon; na natatanging Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) level-shift technology. Naglalaan ang feature na ito ng functional isolation, industry-leading na negative VS robustness, at bawas na mga level-shift loss. May available ding solution na may mga integrated Bootstrap Diode (BSD) para mabawasan ang BOM cost, mapasimple ang layout, at mabawasan ang sukat ng PCB.

Infineon EiceDRIVER™ Gate Driver ICs are designed for MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC MOSFETs, and GaN HEMTs devices.
