TLS850F3TU V33 & V50 Demo Boards

Infineon Technologies TLS850F3TU V33 and V50 Demo Boards are used during the design-in process to evaluate the TLS850F3TUV33 and TLS850F3TUV50 voltage regulators respectively. These demo boards feature 500mA current capability, ultra-low current consumption, a watchdog circuit for monitoring a microprocessor, and watchdog inhibit. The TLS850F3TU V33 and V50 demo boards offer output voltage supervision by a reset circuit with a programmable delay time, output current limitation, and overtemperature shutdown. Applications include telematics systems, navigation systems, ADAS cameras and radar systems, and body control modules.
