Super Junction MosFETs

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Super Junction MosFETs are designed for primary side applications. The HV MosFETs use a multi-epi process, allowing a better EMI performance. The MCC Super Junction MosFETs feature maximum currents of up to 11A and 20A at R_DSon values of 380MΩ and 170mΩ, with voltage up to 650V. The Super Junction MosFETs are available in through-hole (TO-247(20A), TO-220, TO-220F) and surface mount (DFN(11A), DPAK) packages.
