ATtiny48/88 Microcontrollers

Microchip ATtiny48 / 88 series 32-pin, 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) provides a bridge between the tinyAVR® and megaAVR® families. The ATtiny48 and ATtiny88 offer pin compatibility to ATmega48 / 88 parts and provide optimized alternatives in cost constraint applications. This Microchip MCU series includes picoPower™ features that reduce unnecessary power consumption, 4KB or 8KB of in-system programmable Flash, 64 bytes of in-system, programmable EEPROM, 256 or 512 bytes internal SRAM, 8-bit timer counter and 16-bit timer/counter with PWM, 10-bit ADC, up to 12 MIPS throughput at 12 MHz, and 1.8-5.5V operation.
