The MP5490, a fully integrated power management solution, integrates four high-accuracy current sources (ID) for distributed feedback (DFB) laser diodes (LDs) and four negative voltage biases for an EML bias. The MP5490 also provides current measurements of 4-channel EML and MPD to simplify the design process.
