Ang mga Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP5099 Dual-Channel Current-Limit Switch ay mga protection device na idinisenyo para protektahan mula sa mga transient sa input ang circuitry sa output. Nililimitahan ng mga switch na ito ang inrush current sa start-up sa tulong ng slew rate sa output. Current-limited ang maximum na load sa output, at internally fixed ang lawak ng current limit. Ang output voltage ng mga MP5099 current limit switch ay nililimitahan ng Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) function, at mamo-monitor ang output current ng bawat rail sa pamamagitan ng resistor na naka-connect sa mga IMON pin. Available ang mga current limit switch na ito sa 2mm x 3mm na TQFN-10 package at gumagana sa -40°C hanggang 125°C na temperature range.
