NTS0302 & NTS0304E Translating Transceivers

NXP Semiconductors NTS0302 and NTS0304E Translating Transceivers are 2-bit and 4-bit dual-supply, bi-directional level translators. The NTS0302 and NTS0304E feature auto direction sensing, enabling bi-directional voltage level translation without the need for direction control. These devices are designed to address the various applications that need a transition of voltage signals through multiple domains. With auto-direction sensing and the ultra-low 0.95V minimum voltage supply, the NTS0302 and NTS0304E Translating Transceivers from NXP match up well with low voltage Microcontrollers (MCUs) and Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs).
