RECOM Power RPY-1.5Q AEC-Q100 DC/DC Converters are automotive-grade constant current source buck regulators engineered to drive high-power LEDs. The integrated inductor means a complete LED driver is achieved in a compact 3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm thermally enhanced QFN package. The converters offer a maximum current output of up to 500mA set with an external sense resistor. The series features an input voltage range from 4V_DC to 36V_DC, allowing the use of 5V, 12V, or 24V supply voltages. The output is fully protected against continuous short circuits (SCP), input undervoltage (UVLO), output overcurrent (OCP), and overtemperature (OTP) conditions. A fault indicator flags LED open-/short-circuit conditions and thermal shutdown.

RECOM Power SMD Isolated Power Modules provide flexible gate drive bias voltages, ensuring high efficiency and system reliability. These isolated modules offer multiple input ranges depending on the selected variant and temperature range.
