SANMOTION Model PB Closed-Loop Stepping Systems combine the ease-of-use functions of stepping motors and the reliability of servo motors. A position-detecting encoder mounted on the stepping motor delivers feedback to the closed-loop control system. This simple system provides a highly efficient and more reliable drive than open loop stepping systems. Other features include reduced positioning time, low vibration, energy savings, and stable stopping. Typical applications for SANMOTION Model PB Closed-Loop Stepping Systems include semiconductor manufacturing equipment, embroidery machines, monitoring cameras, and crystal blank testing devices.

F2 2-Phase Stepping System

SANMOTION F2 2-Phase Stepping System provides precise positioning with easy control, as the typical basic step angle is 1.8°, and accurate control is provided by pulse signals. The product lineup includes unipolar and bipolar DC input set models, stepping motors, and specialized cable accessories. The set models consist of a DC-powered driver and motor with an input voltage range from 24V_DC to 36V_DC and unipolar or bipolar motor winding. The SANMOTION stepping motor family includes high-torque stepping motors, synchronous motors, stepping motors for vacuum environments, and IP65 splashproof and dustproof stepping motors.
