ISO7741Tx-Q1 4-Channel Reinforced Digital Isolator

Texas Instruments ISO7741Tx-Q1 Quad-Channel Reinforced Digital Isolators are grade 1 high-performance isolators with an integrated transformer driver with 5000VRMS isolation ratings per UL 1577. According to VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC, this device meets reinforced insulation ratings. The ISO7741Tx-Q1 device provides low emissions and high electromagnetic immunity at low power consumption while isolating LVCMOS or CMOS digital I/Os. Each isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by a double capacitive silicon dioxide (SiO₂) insulation barrier. If the input power or signal is lost, the default output is high for devices without the suffix F and low for devices with the suffix F.
