LMG1210EVM-012 Driver Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments LMG1210EVM-012 Driver Evaluation Module (EVM) is designed to evaluate the LMG1210 200V half-bridge driver for GaN FETs. This evaluation module consists of two Gallium Nitride FETs configured in a half-bridge, driven by a single LMG1210. There is no controller is present on the board. The evaluation module is a small, easy-to-use power stage with an external PWM signal (or HI and LI). The board can be configured as a buck converter, boost converter or other converter topology, using a half bridge. This evaluation module is not intended to be used as a standalone product but to evaluate the switching performance of LMG1210.
