Mga THVD24x0 RS-422/RS-485 Transceiver

Ang mga THVD24x0 RS-422/RS-485 Transceiver ng Texas Instruments ay mga ±70V fault-protected, half-duplex, transceiver na gumagana sa single 3.0V hanggang 5.5V na supply. Ang mga bus interface pin ay protektado laban sa mga overvoltage condition sa lahat ng mode of operation, kaya naman matatag ang komunikasyon sa matitinding industrial environment. Ang mga device na ito ay nagtatampok ng integrated IEC ESD protection, kaya hindi na kailangan ng mga external system-level protection component. Dahil sa extended ±25V input common-mode range maaasahan ang data communication sa mas mahahabang sukat ng cable at/o kapag may malalaking ground loop voltage. Sinisiguro ng pinahusay na 250mV receiver hysteresis ang mataas na noise rejection. Tinitiyak din ng fail-safe feature ng receiver ang logic high kapag ang mga input ay bukas o naging shorted.

THVD24xV RS-422/RS-485 Transceivers

Texas Instruments THVD24xV RS-422/RS-485 Transceivers are half- and full-duplex RS-422/RS-485 transceivers that are ±70V fault-protected. These devices use a 3V to 5.5V bus-side supply and a 1.65V to 5.5V supply for the logic signal interface. These devices have a slew rate select feature that enables them to be used at two maximum speeds based on the SLR pin setting. The THVD24xVDRCR-EP devices have gold bondwires, a temperature range of -55 to 105°C, and include an SnPb lead finish.
