TLA431/TLA432 All-Capacitor References

Texas Instruments TLA431/TLA432 All-Capacitor Precision Programmable References are three-terminal adjustable shunt regulators that are stable with all capacitor loads. These modules are pin-compatible with industry-standard TL431 and TL432, but with better stability to support all capacitor loads. The devices feature an output cathode voltage that can be set to values between V_ref (2.495V) and 36V, with two external resistors. The TLA431 and TLA432 offer a typical output impedance of 0.2Ω and are specified in two temperature grades, I and Q. The regulators also provide a good stability reference voltage over the entire -40°C to +125°C temperature range. Texas Instruments TLA431/TLA432 All-Capacitor Precision Programmable References are ideal replacements for Zener diodes in many applications, including onboard regulation, switching power supplies, and adjustable power supplies.
