Load Switch: TPS22949A

The Texas Instruments TPS22949A load switch with low noise regulation capability provides protection to systems and loads in high-current conditions. The TI TPS22949A load switch contains a 500mΩ current-limited P-channel MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 1.62V to 4.5V as well as an LDO regulator with a fixed output voltage of 1.8V. The TI TPS22949A features an integrated 100mA minimum current limit, undervoltage lockout, and fast-current limit response time. This current-limited load switch is ideal for a variety of applications, including fingerprint module protection, portable consumer electronics, smart phones, notebooks, and control access systems.

TPS229xx Load Switches

Texas Instruments TPS229xx Load Switches are small, low R_ON, single channel load switches with a controlled slew rate. Each device contains either an N-channel or P-channel MOSFET and is controlled by an on/off input, which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals.
