ams OSRAM DURIS® S 8 (5050) LEDs are high-power LEDs with high luminous flux, high forward voltage, and high color consistency. These multi-chip devices deliver a high-efficiency light source in a compact SMT package. DURIS S 8 features a small light-emitting surface, making it ideal for directional lighting. They are also an ideal replacement for small clusters of mid-power LEDs, providing the advantage of a single spot appearance. This avoids multiple shadows, simplifies lens and PCB design, and leads to lower system costs as well as improved total system efficacy. OSRAM Opto Semiconductors DURIS® S 8 (5050) LEDs are also pin-to-pin compatible with the previous generation. This allows installers to use the same optics and accessories for their indoor lighting applications.

DURIS® S 8 GW P9LR35.PM Gen5

ams OSRAM DURIS® S 8 GW P9LR35.PM Gen5 LEDs provide impressive efficacy performance combined with DLC Premium Lifetime achievement. The DURIS S 8 GW P9LR35.PM includes a 2700K to 6500K color temperature range in a 5050 leadframe white SMT package. The devices are ideal for high efficacy and compact luminaire designs for professional outdoor lighting, high-bays, streetlights, area lights, and flood lights.

DURIS® S 5050 LEDs

ams OSRAM DURIS® S 5050 LEDs offer an impressive efficacy performance and are DLC premium certified for long-term reliability. These LEDs are designed with a 120° viewing angle and come with a color temperature ranging from 2200K to 6500K. The DURIS S 5050 LEDs feature a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 70 (minimum) and offer 2kV ESD in accordance with ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM) standards. The 5050 leadframe package offers a perfect solution for high-efficacy and compact luminaire designs for outdoor professional lighting, high-bays, streetlights, area lights, and flood lights.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
