High Performance CMOS Operational Amplifiers

onsemi High-Performance CMOS Operational Amplifiers feature a wide range of general-purpose, low-power, and precision single, dual, and quad devices. The CMOS Op-Amps have the advantage of lower power and higher accuracy operation over traditional bipolar amplifiers, especially in terms of input bias current, quiescent current, and input offset voltage.

NCx2003x Operational Amplifiers

onsemi NCx2003x Operational Amplifier offers low 1.8V operation with a high slew rate and rail-to-rail output drive ability. A fast slew rate and wide unity-gain bandwidth of 5MHz at 1.8V make the NCx2003x op amp ideally suited for high-speed applications. The low input offset voltage of 4mV maximum allows designers to use the NCx2003x op amp for current shunt monitoring. The low 1.8V operation also enables high performance in low voltage, low-power applications. onsemi NCx2003x op amp also provides an ultra-low 1pA input bias current and no output phase reversal for overdriven inputs signals. The series is AEC-Q100 Qualified and PPAP capable, allowing designers to use the NCx2003x op amp in motor control drives, hard drives, medical devices, white goods, and air conditioners.

Current Sense Amplifiers

onsemi Current Sense Amplifiers monitor current consumption, providing critical information that can assist in the safety and diagnostic functions in a system. These Current Sense Amplifiers minimize BOM space and allow for system flexibility. They are low-cost, highly accurate, power-efficient, and offer minimal impact to battery life. onsemi offers cost-effective standalone Op-Amps and Current Sense Amplifiers that integrate external resistors to offer higher accuracy, smaller solution.

NCS2003 & NCV2003 Operational Amplifiers

ON Semiconductor NCS2003 and NCV2003 Operational Amplifiers are low voltage op amps with rail-to-rail output drive capability. The 1.8V operation allows high performance operation in low voltage, low power applications. Additional features include no output phase reversal with overdriven inputs, a low input offset voltage of 0.5mV, ultra low input bias current of 1pA, and a unity gain bandwidth of 5MHz at 1.8V. The tiny NCS2003 is the ideal solution for small portable electronic applications and is available in the space saving SOT23-5 and SOT-553 packages. The NCV2003 is available in SOT23-5 and is AEC-Q100 Qualified and PPAP Capable.
