NFAQ0860L3x Intelligent Power Modules

onsemi NFAQ0860L3x Intelligent Power Modules (IPM) are three-phase inverter modules with a high-voltage driver, six IGBTs, and a thermistor. This sensor is suitable for driving Permanent Magnet Synchronous (PMSM) motors, Brushless DC (BLDC) motors, and AC asynchronous motors. The IGBTs are configured in a three-phase bridge with separate emitter connections for the lower legs for maximum flexibility in choosing the control algorithm. onsemi NFAQ0860L3x IPMs provide built-in undervoltage protection (UVP), adjustable overcurrent protection (OCP), and cross-conduction protection.

Intelligent Power Modules (IPMs)

onsemi Intelligent Power Modules (IPMs) are highly integrated solid-state power switches integrating gate-drive circuitry based on IGBTs or MOSFETs in a single module. IPMs also include protection for power systems from issues such as short circuits, under voltages, and extreme temperatures.
