MPM82504 Power Management Modules

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM82504 Power Management Modules with PMBUs interface offers a complete power solution that achieves up to 25A output channel. The MPM82504 has four output channels that can be paralleled to provide 50A, 75A, or 100A of output current for flexible configurations. These MPM82504 power modules can also operate in parallel with the MPM3695-100 and additional MPM82504 devices to provide a higher output current. The MPM82504 modules come with MPS’s proprietary, Multi-phase Constant-On-Time (MCOT) control, which provides ultra-fast transient response and simple loop compensation. These modules feature full protection like Over-Current Protection (OCP), Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), Under-Voltage Protection (UVP). The PMBus interface enables flexible digital configurations and monitoring of key parameters. The MPM82504 modules are available in 15mm x 30mm x 5.18mm dimensions with a BGA package. Typical applications include telecom and networking systems, servers and computing, and industrial equipment.
