NXP NTS010x Translating Transceivers

NXP NTS010x Translating Transceivers are 1, 2, or 4-bit dual supply translating transceivers with auto direction sensing. The NTS010x enables bidirectional voltage level translation. It features two input-output ports (A and B), one output enables input (OE), and two supply pins V_CC(A) and V_CC(B). V_CC(A) can be supplied at any voltage between 1.65V and 3.6V. V_CC(B) can be supplied at any voltage between 2.3V and 5.5V. This feature makes the device suitable for translating between any of the voltage nodes (1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V). An I_OFF circuit provides a partial power-down mode and disables the output to prevent damaging backflow current when the NXP NTS010x is powered down.
