The SHT3x-ARP is built around the CMOSens® sensor chip, the heart of the humidity and temperature platform. The sensor chip uses CMOSens® technology resulting in high process capabilities, high signal-to-noise ratio, and long-term stability.

SHT3x Temperature & Humidity Sensors

Sensirion SHT3x Temperature and Humidity Sensors feature increased intelligence, reliability, and improved accuracy. Device functionality includes enhanced signal processing allowing temperature and humidity to be read out at different pins. The DFN package has a footprint of 2.5mm x 2.5mm with a height of 0.9mm. A wide supply voltage range of 2.15V to 5.5V guarantees compatibility with diverse assembly situations.
