Si3402 PoE PD Interface Devices

Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si3402 PoE PD Interface Devices simplify Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) applications by integrating essential power management functions. The Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si3402 efficiently converts high voltage from the Ethernet connection to a regulated low-voltage output, minimizing space, cutting costs, and supporting isolated and non-isolated converter topologies. Integrated diode bridges and surge suppressors enable direct connection to the Ethernet RJ-45 connector. The Si3402 supports IEEE 802.3 Type 1 (Class 3 and below) Powered Device applications, with easy detection and power class programming through external resistors.
