This test system supports TriggerFlow™ building blocks and TSP-Link™ for instrument control and parallel execution. The MP5000 series modular precision test system features three slots and dual-channel modules, offering up to six parallel channels. This test system is designed to deliver fast throughput for high-channel parallel testing, saving both cost and time for production and validation. The MP5000 Series modular precision test system supports TSP script development using Visual Studio Code and automation through software drivers, including Python, IVI, and LabVIEW. Typical applications include VCSEL module characterization and functional test, semiconductor device characterization and functional test, stress testing and validation, LED characterization, and silicon photonics.
