NJU7870 Differential Amplifier IC

Nisshinbo NJU7870 Differential Amplifier IC Includes an integrated resolver excitation function and is housed in an SSOP16-B3 package. This amplifier IC features a built-in 2-channel excitation circuit for differential voltage input and differential current output. It is possible to control each circuit from the external input and combine it with resolver systems, such as 1-phase or 2-phase excitation. Additionally, the NJU7870 achieves high-precision performance matching for each phase, which can be challenging to accomplish with a discrete configuration. The NJU7870 amplifier IC features a 4.5mA typical supply current, 2.4V to 5.5V operating voltage range, and -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range. Typical applications include angle resolver.
