IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

MP3320B 4-Channel Synchronous LED Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP3320B 4-Channel Synchronous LED Drivers are boost RGBW LED drivers that operate from 2V to 5.5V input voltage (V_IN) range. Each channel in these 4-Channel LED drivers reaches a maximum current of up to 102mA and up to 5.4V maximum output voltage (V_OUT). The MP3320B LED drivers integrate an I²C interface with up to 16 configurable I²C addresses via an external resistor. These 4-channel LED drivers feature Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) dimming and analog dimming for each LED channel. The MP3320B LED drivers include safety functions such as LED open protection, LED short protection, Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), and Over-Temperature Protection (OTP). Typical applications include wearable devices, smart and intelligent devices, and LED indicators.
