The Han-Modular Domino RJ45 modules integrate different transmission types in one module and save up to 50% of installation space. These modules combine male and female contacts into one module. The female modules are designed as double sockets (gender changers) so that standard RJ45 patch cables can be inserted for connection. The gender changer includes complete metallic 360° shielding and is protected from external interference. The male Domino modules are suitable for standard patch cables and can be snapped into the module, regardless of the RJ45 patch cable outer contour.
The Han-Modular Domino RJ45 modules feature >500 mating cycles, 0.8kV rated impulse voltage, increased connector density, and universal patch cable fixing. These modules comply with Cat.5 and Cat.6A standards and offer up to 10Gbit/s data transmission. They also comply with V-0 flammability, IEC 60664-1, and IEC 61984 standards.
These modules are suitable for use in conveyors, control cabinets, distribution boxes, injection molding, and metalworking, and in markets such as energy, robotics, railway, and factory automation.
