These audio receivers are tested using the IEC 60318-4:2010 international standard, which defines a measurement setup (ear simulator) for the acoustic performance testing of insert earphones in a way that closely mimics the human ear. PUI Audio IEC 60318-4 audio receivers offer impedance options from 16Ω to 50Ω, delivering SPLs from 100dB to 125dB at 1kHz when driven by 1mW and measured at 1cm.
